Positive In initial days, he will not run away with your money. Negative This person, Mr. Mukesh vishwakarma is liar. Do not blindly trust him. Cheap quality plywood used by him. He will tell you that he will use 65rs sqft ply but in actual he will use cheap 40-45 rs sqft plywood. If you tell him you will get him plywood of price 65 rs per sqft , he will give lame excuses and use his cheap ply only. Unskilled workers. They will make lots and lots of mistake which can not be corrected. Specially mistakes in design. Even though you explain design to main person or every one, they will make totally different design and you will have no option other than accept that design. Very very very bad finishing. All furniture item will have very bad finishing. Some will design flaw like there will be lots of dusts accumulated in your wardrobe. There are experienced carpenter in market who knows how to make wardrobe so customer doesn't face this issue. But these unprofessional person don't possess that skill.You will feel you money is totally wasted as final product will have bad finishing. From day of making furniture, your furniture will have manufacturing defects and when you will question them, they will give you lame excuses or make it temporary work. Once you give all Money they will not entertain. Their workers will stay in your flat. Will cook and do shit in your flat. They will make your new flat a messy garbage yard. Your colour will be damaged and will have gutkha marks. Your bathroom floor and sink will have gutkha marks which will not be removed. Those will stay permanently. They will not clean your flat. They will damage lots of tiles in your home. Some will have cracks, some will be broken some will scratches. This guy will take multiple work contracts and will not be able to keep watch on any of the work which will ultimately ruine your furniture work. If he has given 1 month deadline then expect your work to be completed 2-3 months. Not before 2 months. Once you pay him 80% of decided money, you are gone. He will drag your work continuesly. Later on he will tell you pay all remaining money by making you emotional blackmail and he will commit you that he will complete remaining work very soon but then he will never bother to finish your work. Whenever you will call him he will tell you he will get it finished but even after waiting for months, your work will not be completed. While giving you estimation, he will cleverly give you false measurement. He will add corner twice. He will take size as 10ft even if size is 9ft 1 inch. And later on he will reduce small amount from estimation and you will you bargained but actually, you are paying more.
